Technical Support Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist who has hands-on experience with Jira and is familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

1. Monitoring bugs in the product channel and updating the corresponding tasks in Jira.
2. Supporting QA in validating bug statuses.
3. Preparing for releases in Jira, which includes gathering tasks for inclusion in the release.
4. Managing email templates and assisting developers in investigating sending issues.
5. Utilising Google Spreadsheets to synchronise product databases between our customers and OrderCast.
6. Maintaining and updating documentation within Confluence.
7. Paying close attention to details and being proactive in addressing issues.
