Job Description
- Monitoring bugs in the product channel and updating the corresponding tasks in Jira.
- Supporting QA in validating bug statuses.
- Preparing for releases in Jira, which includes gathering tasks for inclusion in the release.
- Managing email templates and assisting developers in investigating sending issues.
- Utilising Google Spreadsheets to synchronise product databases between our customers and OrderCast.
- Maintaining and updating documentation within Confluence.
- Paying close attention to details and being proactive in addressing issues.
Required Skills

- Product Management: SCRUM, Jira, Confluence....

- Communication - strong English writing and speaking skills
