AOV (Average Order Value)

Average Order Value (AOV) is the math that reveals how much a customer spends, on average, when making a purchase. It's calculated by dividing the total revenue by the number of orders. An increasing AOV means customers are adding more to their carts, which can boost profits even if the total number of orders stays the same.
