Webrooming

Webrooming is when shoppers research products or services online before going to a physical store to make their purchase. For example, a potential customer might browse websites, read reviews, and compare prices for a new smartphone online. Once they have a good idea of what they want, they go to a physical store to see the product in person, ask any questions they may have, and make the purchase. Webrooming is thus a blend of online and offline shopping, where the internet helps one make informed choices, while preserving the hands-on experience of buying in a brick-and-mortar store.
